About Nexus
Nexus Build Partners was founded in 2023 in The Woodlands, Texas, on a simple premise: the owner deserves a construction team whose only interest is the owner's outcome.
Owners are asked to make the biggest decisions on a project with the least information in hand. Nexus was built to change that — putting verified data in front of the owner, in plain terms, so you understand what's happening on your site and can make the high-level calls on capital, schedule, and scope that bring a project in successfully.
We pair that owner-side discipline with a reality-capture toolkit most firms our size don't carry: FAA-certified drone mapping, LiDAR, and immersive VR documentation that put a verified, dated picture of the site in front of every stakeholder. Fewer assumptions, fewer surprises, and decisions made on what is actually there.
We are a lean, senior team by design. The person who scopes your project is the person who shows up on site, reviews the pay application, and answers the phone when something moves.
CMAA is the professional association that publishes the Construction Management Standards of Practice and administers the Certified Construction Manager credential. Our membership in the Houston chapter keeps us plugged into the owners, agencies, and CM professionals shaping how projects get delivered across the region.
